Opening Order is $250.00 after discount. Reorders - $100.00. Orders ship per location and under the minimum will be charged a $20.00 service fee.
MEASUREMENTS & SHAPING: All items are measured by overall height and width, from tip to tip, unshaped and flat. Measurements may slightly vary within a few inches depending on your shaping technique.
Backorders will be shipped immediately upon availability. Customers will be notified of item before shipping. Written notification may be required for any cancellations made by the customer. Customer will be notified and offered substitutions on any discontinued or sold out items.
Orders will not be cancelled unless we receive prior notice in writing before shipping.
CROSS-SHIPPING - Exchanges/Replacements:
Exchanges and Replacement items will be charged before shipping. An exact replacement item or an item of similar value may be shipped “PREPAID” only if the returned item is shipped first by the customer, then received and inspected at our facility.
