One of the most important steps you can take this year is to keep good and detailed records of your Holiday Installations. Drawings, numbers, photos, time sheets, should be placed in the clients Holiday file.

Then next year you will know exactly how to hang that wreath and how many ornaments were needed for that tree in the Cafeteria. Memories fade and new employees are given the task and all too often there is no one at the job site that was thee the prior year. 

Think of the Holiday Job as the recipe for a very intricate French Dinner. You will achieve success if you have the recipe, detailed and with all steps available.
